What Was That...Summer???

So...what actually was that?? Summer came and went so fast and left a heat storm in it's wake! The other thing it left was a huge list of upcoming shows. So as we head into Fall 2025, I'm thrilled to be back at some of my usual haunts, but also playing a bunch of new places and bringing my old Tom Jones tux out of the closet! Check it out. Tom

My Tom Jones show is indeed making a comeback this September, on Friday the 26th, as I take the stage with none other than the formidable Krista Blondin doing her Janis Joplin tribute. The show titled, 'Raise Your Hand' is inspired by that time in 1969 when Joplin joined Jones onstage during the filming of his TV show, 'This Is Tom Jones', and the two wowed the crowd with a rockin', soulful rendition of the aforementioned classic soul tune, 'Raise Your Hand'. Back by some of the best musicians in the country this show rocks from beginning to end and is full of great songs and laughs. Tickets are available at Eventbrite. The show takes place at The Long Branch Social House!

I'm also adding some new venues to my schedule. The return of Solo Acoustic Mayhem is happening every Friday at The Ottawa Steet Local in Hamilton. Showtime is 6-9pm. While I'm also switching up the solo, duo thing at East End Social, in Hamilton, every other Wednesday. Starting on Sept. 3 I'll be solo, then 2 weeks later, on the 17th, I'll be with Bill Evans in my new duo, 'The Deltas'. Then we'll switch it up every other week. Solo...duo...solo...duo!

Other new venues include Limani on Hess in Hamilton and Hudson Public House in Brantford! Special guest appearances continue as well at Uptown Social with James Anthony, and The Beacon with Virgil Scott & The Freakin' Band. Don't forget my monthly residency at The Carrigan Arms with Your Saturday Soundtrack, featuring Matt Horner, Gary Taylor and Gene Hardy! And...of course, THC - The Theodore Horner Combo every Sunday at The Canadiana in Etobicoke from 1-4pm.
