What Is Hip?

More like...what isn't hip? My left hip, that's what!

It seems that a replacement is needed to help reduce the pain that I am experiencing daily in my left hip, thigh and knee. I had the right one done in 2019 and the results were immediate! Pain gone!! So I'm ready to go and hopeful that the results will be similar to those felt in 2019.

Obviously, I'll be pout of action for a time. At least 3 weeks off gigs and then hopefully back to a minimal routine by June 26 when I return to The Ottawa Street Local for my Solo Acoustic Mayhem session.

In October, 'Celebrating Springsteen: Unplugged', is coming to Drury Lane Theatre in Burlington. This 'tribute that isn't a tribute' features Michael Theodore along with Matt Horner and John Johnson, performing the early songs that helped form the foundation of this iconic and prolific artist. In other news. I've got some new original music in my repertoire as well as a reunion with my old SoulMouth mate, Paul Mellor. We are planning to record some tunes, and a reunion show in the Hamilton area is in the works.
