September 2025 is in the Books!

Well... that was month that felt like several! So much going on!

My annual Folk n Spoken Word Fest happened in concert with the Ottawa Street Sidewalk Sale and what a great way to go! Our stage was set up right on Ottawa St. North, which made for such great accessibility and awesome exposure. This year our staged was graced with memorable performances by Poets Amy Liou and Dom Capilongo as well as wonderful musical sets by Alfie Smith, Martin Rouleau and yours truly. The Ottawa Street BIA did a superb job of coordinating the event, and so many people got to part of the proceedings. Just a great afternoon altogether!

Krista Blondin and I also performed our 'Raise Your Hand - A Tribute to Tom Jones and Janis Joplin' show to a sold out audience at The Long Branch Social House. The band, featuring Rob Gusevs, Dave Bailey, Garth Vogan, Larry Bodner and Sean O'Grady were absolutely spectacular! The whole event was packed with high energy and good fun!

Thanks to everyone who came out to both of these! Now it's back to the wonderful regular gigs where friends meet and music is the soundtrack! Friday's at The Ottawa Street Local. Alternate Wednesdays at The East End Social. Monthly residence with the 4 Piece at The Carrigan Arms and THC Sundays at Canadiana!

It's good to be busy and it's good when I see you folks! I mean...you know, it can't happen without you!
