Taking It Slow - January Blues!

Yes...the January Blues - not the 12 bars or the Robert Johnson but fighting the cold season! It feels like I can't stop sneezing and sniffling no matter what I do! And it's making it hard for me to stay vigilant with my physio and hip work. The hip is feeling better but I know I need to keep up the exercises, it's just that I can't seem to find the energy.

I did manage to get a some time in at Dakota's Sports Bar & Grill last week with the What's Happening! band. Brigham Phillips, Charlie Cooley, Gene Hardy and I. Here's a pic to prove it!
