Bulking then cutting

Going through a bulking phase and then a cutting phase is guaranteed to leave you muscled, lean and ripped! That's how I like it, it takes a lot of hard work, a lot of discipline and a lot of dedication. When I started this, I was struggling with a lot of my body fat percentage, but I was doing plenty of resistance training, strength training, and a lot of high intensity cardio, bulking then cutting before and after. The leaner the body the more it will repair its own body, the more efficiently it will burn the body fat because muscles contain more energy and can use it efficiently instead of relying on burning glycogen and fat. I believe that if I had enough energy to do these cycles, I could achieve 3-4kg lean body mass if I can make the necessary changes and have enough time, cutting cycle what is. But if the body mass loss is not so severe that muscle rebuilding could not be accomplished with the energy that I have , then I will have many difficulties gaining a lot of muscle mass.
