Bulking and cutting cycle
Cutting cycle can be of different types , one that reduces the lean muscle mass to become slimmer, another type of cutting cycle is to restore the lean mass while reducing the fats onlyto get back the muscle. Now in fat loss phase we need to avoid excessive reduction in fat while restoring muscle but that doesn't help when the body mass loss is severe enough for the body to be unable to rebuild muscle from the fat. The leaner the body the more it will repair its own body, the more efficiently it will burn the body fat because muscles contain more energy and can use it efficiently instead of relying on burning glycogen and fat. I believe that if I had enough energy to do these cycles, I could achieve 3-4kg lean body mass if I can make the necessary changes and have enough time, cutting cycle what is. But if the body mass loss is not so severe that muscle rebuilding could not be accomplished with the energy that I have , then I will have many difficulties gaining a lot of muscle mass.
